VSDXAI Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VSDXAI, including vsdx.ai and its diagram-generation, editing, storage, and export features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use VSDXAI only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the materials you upload, the instructions you provide, and how you use or distribute generated diagrams and exported files.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your sign-in methods, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not transfer, sell, or misuse account access.

Intellectual Property

VSDXAI and its original software, design, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service or brand to you.

User Content

You retain your rights in source material and diagrams you submit or create. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to store, transmit, reproduce, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate the service you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process the material.

AI-Generated Output

AI-generated diagrams may contain omissions, incorrect labels, or inaccurate relationships. You must review the structure, content, and exported files before relying on them, especially for operational, legal, medical, safety-critical, or other high-impact work.

File Format Compatibility

We aim to generate editable files compatible with common Visio workflows, but we do not guarantee identical rendering across every Visio version, third-party viewer, font, stencil, or operating system. Microsoft Visio is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. VSDXAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Upload content you do not have the right to use or process
Interfere with service limits, security controls, or other users
Use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or bypasses published interfaces

Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, email, AI processing, storage, and diagram reconstruction. Their availability and terms may affect those features. Links to third-party services do not imply our endorsement of their content.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through the available billing controls before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Monthly plans receive their configured credit allowance after a successful subscription payment. Annual plans are paid in advance but receive credits in monthly installments. Subscription credits and registration credits expire 30 days after issuance. Separately purchased credit packs expire 90 days after purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are consumed according to the generation cost shown or calculated by the service.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, completed payments are non-refundable, including for unused or expired credits. Failed, reversed, disputed, or refunded payments may result in the related plan access or credits being withheld or removed. We may change future pricing or credit allowances with notice; changes do not alter a billing period already paid for.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account through the available account controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or service integrity. Where practical, we will provide notice.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
